Complete your reservation, sign the rental agreement, and submit payment to secure your date.

Your picnic will be packed and ready for pickup at your scheduled time.

Take it wherever your plans lead, set it up, add your food and drinks, and enjoy.
Return
Pack the reusable rental items back up and return them by your scheduled return time. Disposable items are yours to keep or toss.
Adding on-site service?
- On-Site Setup
- We bring the picnic to your location and arrange everything before your scheduled arrival.
- On-Site Cleanup
- We return at the end of your reservation, pack up the rental equipment, and take care of the immediate picnic-area cleanup.
- Setup + Cleanup
- Choose both and you can simply arrive, enjoy your picnic, and leave the packing to us.
Want even less work? Add on-site setup for $75, cleanup for $50, or both for $125.

Ready When You Are
Morning rentals are available from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Evening rentals are available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
On-Site Service may begin as early as 9:00 AM and is available into the evening.

Pickup begins at 8:00 AM. Return by 1:00 PM.
Pick up your styled picnic, take it wherever your plans lead, and return it by 1:00 PM.

For customers who want Ready. Set. Picnic. to handle the on-site experience. Service options are selected during booking.
Book On-Site ServiceYour reservation request is held for 24 hours. Your date is confirmed after we receive your full payment and signed rental agreement. A $100 refundable security deposit hold is authorized before pickup or on-site service.
Wichita and South Central Kansas
Rental pickup and return are located near 21st Street and Amidon Avenue in Wichita. The exact pickup address will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
Customer pickup and return may still be possible when your picnic location is outside our on-site service area.
