For customers who want Ready. Set. Picnic. to handle the on-site experience. Service options are selected during booking.
Book On-Site ServiceYour reservation request is held for 24 hours. Your date is confirmed after we receive your full payment and signed rental agreement. A $100 refundable security deposit hold is authorized before pickup or on-site service.

We deliver and arrange your picnic before your scheduled arrival.
We return at the end of your reservation, pack the rental equipment, and take care of the immediate picnic-area cleanup.
Includes both on-site setup before your arrival and cleanup at the end of your reservation.
Delivery without setup or cleanup is not currently offered.
Before you book
Rental pickup and return are located near 21st Street and Amidon Avenue in Wichita. The exact pickup address will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
The full rental price, including any selected add-ons, is due at booking. A reservation is confirmed after full payment and the signed rental agreement are received.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all rental items during the reservation period.
